The Sydney city skyline has just welcomed a new addition - the joint venture of architects Urban Possible & KANNFINCH. Celebrated as a landmark cornerstone development in the iconic Bondi Junction, this creative masterpiece rises with a graceful pentagonal form and strong vertical lines, hinting at the nostalgic 1930s architecture, while striking as one of the most cosmopolitan buildings in the city.

The project is a joint venture between developers Phillip Wolanski’s Denwol Group and Scentre Group, who approached Parkview constructions to develop the residential tower which expects to see its completion by the end of 2021.

The highly detailed external façade stands out by its cleanliness and harmonious colour palette. Austech Facades have installed Frontek’s customised ST5006 panels as a unitized system. This model is part of our extensive stone texture collection.
