We would like to thank the Macquarie University team and FDCfor their approach on this project, which Architectus designed to deliver exceptional facilities for the 342 students residing at the University Campus.

Yesterday we visited the new buildings at Macquarie University, and we were pleasantly surprised about how nicely the architecture blends in with the newly developed green areas.

This challenging vertical complex geometry configuration, that AUSRISE made possible, strays away from the Brutalist scenery of the surroundings, achieving an environmental balance by integrating within the landscape and so obtaining a 5 Star Green Star rating certification. We would also like to thank AKM Projects for delivering a spotless installation onsite. We felt so comfortable in the new student accommodation building and nearby facilities that we felt tempted to become students again.
