With almost 800 households and rising 22 floors above the ground (and 5 underground stories!), this project is one of a kind for most countries. The Remark Vill Dongdaemun officetel is dressed by our porcelain panels JUPITER and SONORA, from our Stone Texture Collection, and offers a never-seen total of 30 different layouts to be used for the inhabitants of this pioneering concept in South Korea. Located in Seoul CBD, this multi-purpose building holds residential and commercial units.

The concept is very basic, do not waste your time commuting! An officetel is designed to be partially self-contained, such that the occupants can live and work in the same building. This idea is coming up strongly now more than ever with more and more companies and workers working remotely and from home.
