With the Parramatta Square precinct offering 290,000 Sqm of NLA, the towers of Parramatta Square follow the urban integration model, placed directly over the major transport, shopping and public spaces of the city these towers are an impressive new addition to the city skyline while, at ground level, add significant texture to the fabric of Parramatta as a precinct.

The 17-level, 3 Parramatta Square building will set a new benchmark for commercial offices in Parramatta and deliver over 45,000sqm of commercial space. As well as the university campus and commercial buildings, the mixed-use precinct includes retail space, community facilities, a community centre, library and a 250-metre-long public esplanade.
