636 NSHR Rose Bay

A new residential mixed-use development to enhance the village atmosphere within and adjoining the Rose Bay centre. Designed by Cottee Parker Architects, it comprises 9 residences and 4 retail commercial areas. The project was considered by the council to be of a high-quality design that will positively contribute to the desired future character of the area, with the 7 larger units facing north with views of the iconic Harbour Bridge.

Installed by Ultra Building Co, Frontek Iceberg panels from the Stone Texture collection wrap around the building to emphasize the nautically inspired stair, mixing round and orthogonal shapes until morphing to the predominant rectilinear form on the New South Head Road frontage.

The 28$ million project has also been nominated for the 2022 Small-Scale Residential Development of the Year.
