New Detached House in Sydney

A new detached house has been completed in Eastlakes suburb, Sydney including Frontek’s Nature (S) collection porcelain cladding in its façade.

The house, manufactured and supplied by NXGEN, has been designed by Bureau SRH Architecture and build by SAMA & CO. NXGEN supplies prefabricated structural steel framework and façade panels to build modern homes easily and efficiently. They have taken their high-rise construction façade technology to residential housing implementing a modular solution to enhance construction speed and quality.

The façade consists of unitized individual modules cladded with Frontek porcelain panels, seamlessly integrating mitred corners. Frontek grid panels have been integrated to allow air circulation for key installations while maintaining the façade’s aesthetics.

The S104 panel, with a delicate travertine finish, add touch of natural charm to modern living. The contemporary urban design of the building is infused with the timeless smooth look of stone bringing character to the neighbourhood.

Frontek has been involved since early stages of the project, working with NXGEN as the façade designer and SAMA & CO as the builder, to provide installation assistance and achieve outstanding results.
